We're excited to offer employer-paid benefits coverage that's truly one-of-a-kind. One example of a benefit we're proud to offer are our leave top-up programs. Federal and provincial programs provide financial assistance for various family-related leaves of absence, but they only replace a small portion of an employee's regular pay for a specified amount of time. Through our leave top-up programs, we supplement this assistance so our employees can focus on their needs, and the needs of their loved ones. This includes leaves such as maternity / parental leave, compassionate care leave, caregiver leave and more.
We don't stop there. We're always listening to our team and making improvements based on their feedback. Recently added benefits include:
- Enhanced coverage for lifestyle drugs like fertility treatments, smoking cessation, anti-obesity medications, and vaccines not covered by the province.
- Gender Affirmation Benefits, which help cover surgical expenses beyond what provincial health care plans provide.
