Billing and Payments
For your convenience, payments can be made online using your bank account and routing number or a credit or debit card. Please note, there is a non-refundable processing fee for all credit or debit card payments. This fee is 2.99% of the payment amount for California auto insurance policies or a flat $4.99 fee for all other policies. Accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.

Starting on November 2, 2024, the non-refundable processing fee for all credit or debit card payments changed to 2.99% of the payment amount for California auto insurance policies and remains a flat $4.99 fee for all other policies. To support this change, our automated phone payment system can only process payments for new or renewing California auto insurance policies that have an effective date of December 3, 2024, or later.
For all other policies you can still make payments through your online account 24/7 or call us to speak with a helpful agent at 800-640-2920 Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 7:30 pm PT and Saturday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PT.

- Two payments are returned by your bank for any reason within the same 6-month term
- Three payments are returned by your bank for any reason within the same 12-month term
- One payment has been returned by your bank as unauthorized during the policy term
Online Payments
Payments can only be cancelled if they are scheduled for a future withdrawal date and the cancellation is requested by the day prior to this scheduled withdrawal. Qualifying payments can be cancelled through your online account or by calling Customer Service at 800-640-2920.
Please note, one-time credit card payments can only be voided on the same day they are submitted.
