How to view your payment information online

To make payments online, or view your payment schedule, go to the Make a Payment page.

You will need:

  • Your Policy Number
  • Your Last Name or Company Name

These can be found on your insurance documents or bill (Statement of Account):

  1. Last Name (or Company Name)
  2. Policy Number
Your policy number, last name or company name can be found in the top left corner of your policy documents or invoice.

If there is more than one name listed on your document (e.g. John A. Smith and Barbara R. Miller), enter the Last Name of the first person listed (e.g. Smith).

If you’ve entered the correct information and are still unable to log in to your account, please contact your Wawanesa Insurance broker.

Our Canadian website cannot be used to pay for property or vehicles insured in the US.

If you are a US member, you can access your account through our US website.
