In addition to Wawanesa Climate Champions, a variety of company-led programs deepen our impact in the communities where Wawanesa members, employees and broker partners live and work.
My Community Day
Every year, employees receive paid work time to give back to their local community. For this they earn a $100 Community Impact Gift Card to donate to a charity or non-profit organization of their choice.
United Way campaign
Our annual United Way campaign supports local community organizations by bringing together employees across the company. With Wawanesa’s donation matching program every contribution is doubled to make an even greater impact.
Together, we will build a safer, healthier, more sustainable future for our members and communities.
